Andrea L. Stephenson

As the COO/CFO of Adams Capital Management, Inc., Andrea is responsible for all operations of the management company and its venture capital partnerships. The management company includes two operating groups: Corporate Partner Strategy Group and Resource Group. Andrea joined Adams Capital Management in 1994 as Partner of Finance & Administration.

Prior to joining ACM, Andrea spent six years with Fostin Capital Corp. as an Associate, where she focused on fund administration for its venture capital partnerships. Andrea began her career at Price Waterhouse in Pittsburgh, PA, where she spent five years in the audit department. At Price Waterhouse, her clients were concentrated in the financial services industry, with an emphasis on equity transactions and SEC reporting requirements.

Andrea is previous board member of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association (PVCA).
