Jennifer E. Parulo, CPA

As Controller — VC Funds, Jen is responsible for all operations of Adams Capital Management's four venture capital partnerships including: financial reporting, legal, accounting, valuation analyses, and audit and tax compliance. She works closely with our portfolio companies on accounting and tax issues, as well as providing assistance to ACM's General Partners on analytical modeling of the venture funds' portfolio investments.

Jen joined Adams Capital Management in October 2001 as a senior accountant and was promoted to Controller in 2008. Jen began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP, in Pittsburgh in 1999, where she most recently held the title of Senior Auditor. While at Ernst & Young, her client base included multinational/publicly-traded companies, as well as, entrepreneurial companies with an emphasis in manufacturing and retail.
