Jennifer E. Parulo, CPA

As Manager of Accounting, Jen is responsible for the financial reporting, accounting, and audit and tax compliance for ACM's three venture capital partnerships, and works closely with our portfolio companies on accounting and tax issues. Jen also provides assistance to ACM's General Partners on analytical modeling of the venture funds' portfolio investments and fundraising.

Jen joined Adams Capital Management in October 2001 as a senior accountant. Jen began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP, in Pittsburgh in 1999, most recently where she was a Senior Auditor. While at Ernst & Young, her client base included multinational/publicly-traded companies, as well as, entrepreneurial companies with an emphasis in manufacturing and retail.
