As early stage investors, it is our responsibility to provide leadership to the entrepreneur and his or her management team. We do this by creating strong goal alignment between ACM and the company at the start of the relationship which typically lasts 5-10 years.

Our objective with each investment is meaningful participation by leveraging our industry expertise, operating experiences, network of contacts and internal resources, the result of which is increased value propositions for the companies.
